The conversation around brain injury--whether among physicians, families, communities, or society as a whole--is often limiting. The Who Is Carter Foundation is creating a new conversation: one of empowerment & possibility. We intend that this, in turn, will inspire a shift in treatment & other resources & options available to an expanding number of families of children living with brain injury & other brain conditions.

The 2018 Gala was a huge success!

Nicolette Richer is a Regenerative Medicine Educator, entrepreneur, author, Doctoral student and speaker. She is a savvy wellness facilitator and a renowned environmental and sustainability expert, with an insatiable desire to learn and educate. Nicolette transforms people with chronic disease or cancer into conquerors of their condition through nutrition. Nicolette speaks regularly to captivated audiences about healing cancer + chronic disease through nutrition and detoxification.

“If there's one thing I know to be true beyond birth and death it is this - the human body can heal itself of even the fiercest of chronic degenerative illnesses. AKA - lifestyle illnesses - diseases created by the way we live our lives,” Ms. Richer explains. “Our bodies are innately designed to repair, to regenerate, to thrive. Optimally. My philosophy of health is that if you are mindful with your body, you will be mindful with the planet. What you do to the planet, you do to your health. If you eat real, you can heal. If we all eat real, the planet heals.”
